Habanero Sauce

The making of habanero sauce. Brandt had a blast making this.

That's lemon juice, water and vinegar.

Making stuff with Tomatoes

I had 2 boxes of tomatoes given to me. What a blessing! I was able to make a batch of Salsa and a batch of spaghetti sauce :) It was a busy long day, but very fun and satisfying :)

There were actually 4 quarts of Salsa, it's just that good. goes fast :)
